Polarisation is a lens technology designed to reduce glare. Polarised lenses work by filtering out light that doesn’t strike the lens vertically. This primarily blocks reflections from surfaces such as water hazards and club heads, minimising distractions.
In truth, most tennis courts don't have nearly the same level of glare as a road or water, which you may encounter with other sports. The main battle you will be facing is direct overhead sunlight.
